Full Terms

Expand each item to read the full policy.

“Inkiel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Inkiel Research & Writing Co. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person requesting services. By contacting us, submitting files, placing a request, or sending payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

“Project” means the agreed deliverables described in the confirmed scope.
“Scope” means what is included (and excluded) based on your instructions and our confirmation.
“Rush” means deadlines requiring priority scheduling and may carry higher rates.

We provide academic support services such as writing assistance, editing, formatting, restructuring, research support, and presentation/design outputs based on your requested scope. We only start work after scope confirmation and slot reservation (payment).

Included: Deliverables explicitly listed in the confirmed scope (e.g., Chapter 2 revision, APA 7 format, PPT deck).
Not included: Tasks not listed (e.g., adding a new chapter, new data gathering, new variables, new instrument creation) unless added as a paid add-on.
Client responsibility: Provide complete instructions, rubric, and required format; confirm any missing detail when asked.

Quotes are based on scope, complexity, deadline, and workload. Payment reserves your slot and scheduling. We may require a downpayment (DP) or full payment depending on the project.

Slot reservation: Work starts only after the agreed payment requirement is met.
Late payments: Delays in payment can move the schedule and may affect deadlines.
Price changes: If scope changes after confirmation, the quote will be adjusted before continued work.

Delivery times depend on confirmed workload, scope, and the deadline you provide. We deliver digital files through the agreed platform (Drive link, email, or chat).

Client delays: Missing instructions, late replies, or incomplete files can delay delivery. Deadlines are based on timely client cooperation.
Change of deadline: If you move the deadline earlier after confirmation, it may become rush and require a fee.
File checks: You must review the delivered file before submission. We are not responsible for submission errors caused by client upload issues.

Revisions are allowed only within the agreed scope and the original confirmed instructions. Revision requests must be submitted within six hours after file delivery.

Included: Revisions are included only if the delivered output fails to follow the original confirmed instructions due to our error. Included revisions cover compliance corrections, rubric alignment, formatting fixes, citation adjustments, and minor clarifications within the agreed scope.
Not included: Revisions are not included for missing, unclear, or late instructions that were not provided at the time of confirmation. Requests that introduce new requirements, new directions, additional content, or expanded scope are treated as paid add-ons. New topics, new variables, new datasets, new instruments, adviser-driven changes outside the original instructions, and full rewrites are not included.
Time window: Revision requests must be submitted within six hours after file delivery. This six-hour revision window does not apply to full thesis or full dissertation projects, which follow a separately agreed revision timeline.

Our outputs are intended as academic assistance (study support, drafting, editing, formatting, and reference support). You are responsible for how you use any material we provide, including compliance with your institution’s rules.

Client responsibility: Ensure the final submission aligns with academic policies and your adviser’s expectations.
No grade guarantees: We do not guarantee grades, approvals, or outcomes due to institutional factors outside our control.
Misrepresentation: We may refuse service for requests involving fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.

Similarity results vary based on your institution’s database settings, repository coverage, and filter options. We aim to reduce preventable matches (formatting and citation issues), but final results are not fully controllable.

What we do: Proper citations, references, formatting checks, and manual writing/rewrite where applicable.
What can still happen: Common phrases, titles, templates, or required headings may match.
Final check: You should run your institution’s Turnitin if required and inform us immediately if rework is needed within scope.

We treat all client files and conversations as confidential. Proofs (screenshots or results) are anonymized unless you provide explicit consent to show identifiable information.

Data handling: We only use your files to complete your project and communicate about it.
Proof sharing: If we share results publicly, names and sensitive details are hidden by default.
Third parties: We do not sell client data. We may use tools strictly to deliver files (e.g., Drive/email).

Because work time is scheduled and reserved, cancellations and refunds depend on project status. Once work has started, fees may be non-refundable (fully or partially) due to labor already performed.

Before work starts: You may request cancellation. If slot reservation already blocked scheduling, administrative fees may apply.
After work starts: Refunds are not guaranteed. If approved, refunds are prorated based on completed work.
Chargebacks: Unresolved chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may require documentation of work completed.

We are not liable for institutional outcomes (grades, adviser decisions, panel feedback, or policy enforcement). Our responsibility is limited to delivering the agreed scope based on the confirmed instructions.

Third-party systems: We are not responsible for platform outages (Drive/email/Messenger) or Turnitin configuration differences.
Maximum liability: If any liability is proven, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations where Inkiel operates. We may update these Terms at any time for clarity, compliance, or operational improvements. The latest version posted on this page applies to new requests.

Updates: If a major policy changes, we may inform clients through our messaging channels when practical.
Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
