“Inkiel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Inkiel Writing & Research Co. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person requesting services. By contacting us, submitting files, placing a request, or sending payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Project: The agreed deliverables described in the confirmed scope.
Scope: What is included and excluded based on your instructions and our confirmation.
Rush: A deadline that requires priority scheduling and may carry higher rates.

We provide academic support such as writing assistance, editing, formatting, restructuring, research support, and presentation or design outputs based on the confirmed scope. Work starts only after scope confirmation and slot reservation.

Included: Deliverables explicitly listed in the confirmed scope.
Not included: New chapters, new data gathering, new variables, new instruments, or expanded requirements unless added as a paid add-on.
Client responsibility: Provide complete instructions, rubric, files, and required format before work begins.

Quotes are based on scope, academic level, difficulty, deadline, file readiness, and workload. Payment reserves your slot and scheduling. We may require a downpayment or full payment depending on the project.

Slot reservation: Work starts only after the agreed payment requirement is met.
Late payments: Payment delays can move the schedule and may affect deadlines.
Scope changes: Added or changed requirements after confirmation may require a revised quote.

Delivery times depend on confirmed workload, scope, and the deadline you provide. Files are delivered through the agreed platform, such as Drive, email, or chat.

Client delays: Missing files, late replies, or incomplete instructions can delay delivery.
Earlier deadline: Moving the deadline earlier after confirmation may require a rush fee.
File review: You must review the delivered file before submission. We are not responsible for upload errors or client-side submission issues.

Revisions are allowed only within the agreed scope and original confirmed instructions. Revision requests must be submitted within six hours after file delivery unless a separate revision timeline was agreed for a full thesis or full dissertation project.

Included: Revisions are included if the delivered output fails to follow the original confirmed instructions due to our error. This includes compliance corrections, rubric alignment, formatting fixes, citation adjustments, and minor clarifications within scope.
Not included: Missing, unclear, or late instructions are not covered. New requirements, new directions, added content, new topics, new variables, new datasets, new instruments, adviser-driven changes outside the original instructions, and full rewrites are paid add-ons.
Time window: Revision requests must be sent within six hours after file delivery. Full thesis and full dissertation projects follow separately agreed revision timelines.

Our outputs are intended as academic assistance, including study support, drafting, editing, formatting, and reference support. You are responsible for how you use any material we provide, including compliance with your institution’s rules.

Client responsibility: Confirm that the final submission aligns with academic policies and adviser expectations.
No grade guarantees: We do not guarantee grades, approvals, or outcomes due to institutional factors outside our control.
Refusal rights: We may refuse service for requests involving fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.

ZeroGPT is the default AI-check tool for tasks that do not require Turnitin. Turnitin scanning is optional and available only as a paid add-on when requested and paid in advance. Similarity and AI results may vary based on checker, account type, file format, database settings, filters, and repeat uploads.

Default tool: ZeroGPT is used for tasks that do not require Turnitin.
Turnitin add-on fee: ₱250 per file scanned. This fee applies per file, per scan, and is non-negotiable.
Scanning only: The ₱250 fee covers scanning and the report only. It does not include rewriting, revisions, paraphrasing, or AI humanization.
Task vs. AI humanization: A task is the writing or editing service availed. AI humanization is a separate paid service that requires an extensive rewrite.
Score variability: AI and similarity scores can vary by platform, file format, database settings, topic, and institutional configuration. False positives can occur even for human-written work.
Turnitin sensitivity: Turnitin results may fluctuate depending on account type, repository settings, filters, file history, and repeat uploads. If a file is uploaded under a repository-enabled account, it may be stored and affect future scans.
One-time scan scope: If AI humanization is availed, the scope applies to a one-time scan result under the agreed checker, platform, and file version. Later scans under different settings are outside the original scope.
Different account = new request: If another Turnitin account or configuration produces a different result, rework requested solely to match that new scan is a new task or paid add-on unless agreed in writing before the rate was given.
Report-based revisions: Revisions requested purely due to AI or similarity reports may require additional fees unless the report requirement and revision scope were agreed in writing before the rate was given.

We treat client files and conversations as confidential. Proofs, screenshots, or results are anonymized unless you provide explicit consent to show identifiable information.

Data handling: Files are used only to complete your project and communicate about it.
Proof sharing: Public proofs hide names and sensitive details by default.
Third parties: We do not sell client data. Tools may be used only to deliver files and communicate, such as Drive or email.

Once a task has been confirmed and assigned to a writer, editor, or specialist, refunds are not allowed. Assignment reserves manpower, schedule space, internal coordination, and project capacity for the client’s request.

Once assigned, no refund: Payments are strictly non-refundable once the task has been assigned internally, regardless of whether draft work has started.
Reason for non-refund: Task assignment blocks a service slot, reserves team availability, allocates manpower, and may prevent us from accepting other work for the same schedule.
Administrative work: Project review, endorsement, workload planning, scheduling, writer matching, file checking, and internal coordination begin upon confirmation and assignment.
Client withdrawal: Payment remains non-refundable if the client backs out, changes their mind, becomes unresponsive, submits incomplete requirements, or no longer needs the task after assignment.
Scope or adviser changes: Refunds are not allowed if instructions, topic, direction, deadline, or requirements change after assignment. Such changes may require a revised quote or new task order.
Downpayments: Any downpayment, reservation fee, or partial payment for an assigned task is non-refundable.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future service and may require submission of work logs, timestamps, proof of assignment, and proof of correspondence to contest the claim.

We are not liable for institutional outcomes such as grades, adviser decisions, panel feedback, or policy enforcement. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the agreed scope based on confirmed instructions.

Third-party systems: We are not responsible for platform outages, Drive/email/Messenger issues, or Turnitin configuration differences.
Maximum liability: If liability is proven, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws and regulations where Inkiel operates. We may update these Terms at any time for clarity, compliance, or operational improvements. The latest version posted on this page applies to new requests.

Updates: Major policy changes may be shared through our messaging channels when practical.
Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
